Our 14-Day Return Policy
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN PERIOD
We apply a 14-day return period, during which the customer may return the package without providing any reason.
The 14 days start from the date the package is received.
Note: The return shipment must be sent within these 14 days.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in resalable condition, with tags still attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the order for a refund or choose a store credit with an additional bonus.
WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?
Refund to Gift Card:
Get your refund faster with a bonus! Choose a gift card and receive an extra 15% value.
This is the fastest refund option. Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, digital gift card refunds usually take 2–3 business days. You will receive an email with the gift card details. The gift card is valid for 12 months.
Refund to Original Payment Method:
If you choose a refund to the original payment method, it usually takes 7–10 business days.
After the return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days. You can track the return using the tracking information provided with the shipment. Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email notification.
Note: It may take up to 3 days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Our team will review your request and determine the best solution.

Any item returned used or damaged without prior communication with our customer service will be rejected; the return will be canceled and the products will be destroyed.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the courier and the country from which the package is shipped.
Note: We are not responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes on returns. You are responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.
Please ensure you keep proof of shipment until your order has arrived at our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any issues if you are unable to provide a tracking number or proof of shipment.
RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
Once you notify us of your intention to return a product, we will immediately begin the process to ensure your return is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving the return at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days.
Using the tracking information provided with your return shipment, you can see when the package arrives at our warehouse. From that moment, the 10 business days begin.
Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a notification.
Note: It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.
